We are currently offering free standard shipping (valued at $8) for Australian Orders using code FREESHIPPING*

*Please Note: Our website allows the use of one discount code per order, so if you are using another discount code, the free shipping code will not be able to be used. For example: Store Credit codes are unable to be used with the above code.

All orders are packed and posted within 24 hours on weekdays for purchases made during business hours.

Please note that Kenzie Tenzie has no control over any delays experienced with Australia Post, any timeframes they give are a guide only and can take longer, however when facing delays please do make contact so we can lodge any necessary complaints or inquiries for you. We recommend not leaving purchases to the last minute so that there is no added stress if there are delays.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Kenzie Tenzie cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

      What happens if I do not collect my parcel and it is returned to Kenzie Tenzie?

      We send you tracking details via email when we generate a postage label with Australia Post. We also give Australia Post your contact details so that they can message you tracking updates either by email and/or text messages to your phone. 

      If a parcel is not collected in the allocated time from your local post office, they will return it to us. This can take a considerable amount of time to be processed and received back, especially for International orders.

      Once a parcel is received back by us, we will generate a store credit for the total of your order, less all postage costs and fees and charges that we incur for your parcel having to be returned to us due to non collection. This will allow you to reorder whenever you are ready. 

      This policy also applies for refusal to pay customs duties or fees when an international shipment is presented for delivery. Customs duties and related charges are separate from postage and are assessed by the customs authority of the destination country. For details on applicable charges and procedures, please contact your country’s customs department.

       

      International Orders

       

      International Shipping is available to New Zealand from $15 and UK and Europe from $25.

      USA

      Due to the ever-changing tariffs imposed on U.S. citizens purchasing from international companies, we have temporarily suspended shipping options to the USA. These tariffs significantly increase the cost of orders to customers.

      We understand the frustration this causes and want to assure everyone that we are actively monitoring the situation. Our hope is to resume shipping to the USA as soon as conditions improve. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.


      Track your Item

      Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, import charges or other international fees payable, the Shipping fee does not include these charges.

      Please check with Customs before purchasing to ensure you know what fees will be.

      Kenzie Tenzie cannot control delays in shipping times due to shipping providers system delays, customs, security checks and delays, busy periods including major sale events, holidays, public holiday closures, postal strikes, weather and environmental events and/or any other event that causes delays in your shipment outside of our control.

      We monitor your parcel daily until it arrives safely to you and will help you with any issues with the shipping provider but cannot make them do their job any faster.
